How we work & FAQs

  • All appointments are carried out in person. We come to you, or you come to us – whatever works best.
  • Most appointments are 30-60 mins. In some cases, for example large car software upgrades, this can take several hours.
  • You do not need to provide anything, except in some cases where we may require access to a wall socket in order to provide auxiliary power to your car, or our equipment for longer jobs.

  • The short answer is yes. An “unauthorised” third party is modifying your vehicle. We’re not an authorised or main dealer.
  • The longer answer, is not really.
    • Everything we do can be reverted to the state it was the day your car left the dealership.
    • Nothing we do will “flag” to a dealer when your car goes in for service or repair.
    • We always use genuine BMW parts.
    • We use genuine/official software – the same tools a BMW dealership would use themselves.
    • A dealership will find any excuse to void your warranty, so we’d recommend not telling them about any work you’ve done with us (or yourself), especially if you’re going to put a warranty claim in, for any reason.
  • Ultimately don’t take the risk if you’re not willing or comfortable with it. Talk to us if you have specific concerns about what you’d like done and we can have an open and honest conversation.

  • We can work on pretty much every BMW, but certain things for example CarPlay have specific requirements.
  • Each product/service page will have clear compatibility requirements.
  • If you’re unsure, just drop us a message and we’ll let you know.

  • Orders are manually processed to check compatibility and arrange appointments.
  • Contact us or use the order pages to place and arrange an order.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer and online payments through Stripe & PayPal.

  • Drop us a message or start a chat via our socials, we’re always taking on specific jobs of all shapes and sizes.
